The PNW Motorsports Baja Team prepared not only one, but two vehicles to race status in a two week time period. They resurrected the 66 car (2014 & 2015) from near scrap status to having a driving Baja car. The team loaded both cars and gear and left on a Friday morning at 7:20am for Kentucky. They arrived safely and on-time. Both vehicles passed technical inspection the first time and competed in several “heat” races. There are 100 teams competing this year.
Both cars are staged for the maneuverability and Baja-cross events. These will dictate where the cars will be positioned for the 6 hour endurance race. The Goal is to collect data and evaluate performance for the two main events to be held in Spring 2019.
Thanks to all the team members for representing PNW with your efforts.
