Denise Frazier holds a Ph.D. in reading from Ball State University. Some of the courses she teaches include Media for Children, English Language Learners, Reading in Middle/Secondary Schools, Literacy Instruction in the 4-6 Classroom, and Corrective Reading. Dr. Frazier serves as a co-advisor for the education club, Teachers Networking Together. Her research and teaching interests include teachers’ use of iPads and other personal technology devices to deliver literacy instruction, learning in the context of school communities, readers who struggle, English learners and P-12 educators, intermediate/adolescent literacy, and literacy in the content areas.
