Private Tutoring for Purdue Northwest Students
Student Academic Support can arrange free, private, one-on-one tutoring for Purdue University Northwest students as recommended by an academic advisor or by administrators of specific programs, such as:
- 21st Century Scholars
- Brother-2-Brother (SAAB)
- Veteran Services
- McNair Achievement Program
- Disability Access Center
- Student Athletes
Students should contact the administrator(s) of the programs listed above, or their academic advisor who can subsequently contact the office of Student Academic Support or direct the student to the online form through which s/he can request private tutoring. The office of Student Academic Support will be provided with the student’s contact information and the subject in which assistance is requested. The student will then be paired with a qualified tutor in that subject. Students can receive up to three hours of free one-on-one tutoring each week, on campus, as per an agreed upon schedule between the tutor and the student.
