With finals week approaching and those essay due dates looming, we invite students to come in for a writing tutoring session. We happily assist in all stages of the writing process: invention, drafting, revision, and editing. We also help with document formatting such as MLA style and APA style.
To make the most of a session, we recommend that students bring all materials related to the essay: a copy of the assignment, for instance, and any comments from the professor. The more information we have about the assignment, the more productive the session.
Note that we do not edit essays for students, but we can—and will—help students become better proofreaders, editors, and revisers of their own work.
